One Pan Chicken & Potatoes w/ Snap Peas

Ingredients:

* 2 boneless/skinless chicken breast

* 2 cups Sugar snap peas, ends trimmed (from the Ooooby box)
* 4-6 small red potatoes, halved (from the Ooooby box)
* 2-4 tbsp Olive oil
* 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
* 1 Ziploc bag (I use this to evenly coat the potatoes with Olive oil and salt)



Instructions:

(Garlic all day everyday - I stuffed bits of garlic cloves into the chicken)

* Preheat oven to 425 degrees
* Cover baking dish with foil, coat with 2 tbsp Olive oil
* Place halved potatoes in Ziploc bag, add 2 tbsp Olive oil & salt, close bag and toss/mix evenly - pour potatoes out onto dish 
* Put in oven
* Wait about 15 min then add the Sugar snap peas, sprinkle a pinch of salt over entire dish
* Total bake time 45-50 min
* Sprnkle Parmesan cheese and serve!
