Ingredients:
* 1 lb Shrimp, cooked
* 1 tbsp garlic (crushed)
* 2-3 Zucchini (farm fresh from Ooooby)
* Huy Fong Chili Garlic Sauce (**Not necessary for recipe, I personally put this on EVERYTHING..yum)
* 1 onion, mediium (farm fresh from Ooooby)
* 2 tsp Olive Oil
* 1 tsp Black Pepper
* 2 tsp salt
Prep time: 20-30 min
Cook time: 10-15 min
* Heat olive oil on medium/large sized pan
* Chop onion, sautee until golden
* While onion saute's, peel entire zucchini with a potato peeler
(I ALWAYS place wax paper on my cutting board whenever I cut/chop anything, easy clean up!)
* After about 10 min, remove the zucchini and let drain (extra water/oil - will make the dish less soggy)
* Add the crushed garlic and shrimp to the same pan, cook a few minutes before adding zucchini back to the pan and toss to combine
Let cool just a few min & serve!
